Terms and Conditions

• Customers must carry a valid government-approved ID Proof along with their Trip/Booking ID to collect the boarding pass.
• A single boarding pass is strictly entitled to a single seat only.
• Tickets once sold will not be canceled or refunded.
• Customers must report to the boarding point 15 minutes before departure to avoid missing the cruise and any inconvenience.
• The boarding pass should be retained until the end of the cruise.
• Admission on board is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The Princesa Cruises management reserves the right to cancel, advance, reschedule, delay the cruise, alter stopping places, deviate from the journey route, or change the ship type without liability.
• The management reserves the right to refuse boarding to any person deemed unfit to travel or who poses a risk to others on board.
• Knives, scissors, sharp instruments, tools, heavy baggage, firearms, and ammunition, including toy replicas, are prohibited in the passenger cabin.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Child tickets are subject to the discretion of the management.
• The management's decision is final.
• No bags are allowed on the boat. Handbags will be checked by security.
• No outside drinks or eatables are allowed on the boat.
• A ticket is applicable for a child above 3 feet in height.
• All health and safety guidelines as directed by the Government of Goa will be strictly followed.
